What is your turnaround time after an order is placed?

We process orders in about 7-8 days. If all of the information is provided correctly and there isn’t any problem with the information and logo, the process can be faster. Standard shipping takes around 8-10 days, whereas express shipping takes 4-6 days. If the package will be going to Europe, customs clearance process can affect shipping.


What are the sizes of the QR code signs? 

The sizes we carry on the Multi QR Code Signs are standard. We are unable to change the sizing of them.

Here are the measurement for our signs in inches;

Hexagon - 6.5 x 7.48 (Upto 3 QR Codes)

Octagon - 7.48 x 7.48 (Upto 4 QR Codes)

Rectangle - 4.53 x 8.66 (Upto 5 QR Codes)

Circle - 7.09 x 7.48 (Upto 3 QR Codes)

Square - 7.5 x 7.5 (Upto 4 QR codes)

How can I create my QR codes?

We can create any QR codes (social media, website, review pages) from a free source other than Payment option QR codes. We suggest creating and sharing screenshots of Payment QR code options so as to avoid any problems in the future. We also suggest creating your own QR codes so that you can scan them to make sure they work and direct you to your desired pages.

How can I find the correct link for my Google Review Page?

Google Review Page link can be acquired from the following page. Any other link might just direct people to Google Search (which most likely will be a complicated QR code and will be difficult to scan) or Google Maps.

In which format should I send my logo?

The bigger the file the better the results. We generally request a 2000x2000 PNG, Transparent file for your logo file to ensure the quality is the best.
