Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: At AcrylArtistry, we hope you are completely satisfied with what we send you. However, if for any reason you need to make a return, we are happy to assist you. Please reach out to our customer service team at acrylartetsy@gmail.com to initiate your return.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy for all eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at acrylartetsy@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at acrylartetsy@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your item. We will work with you to arrange for a return or exchange of the item at no cost to you.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at acrylartetsy@gmail.com We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement item.
