Personalized, made just for you
Every sign is personalized and made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for details you provided — such as spelling, links, colours or uploaded QR codes. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.
Our 14-day quality guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered — including a QR code we created that doesn't scan — email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll remake it free of charge or give you a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. We can edit or cancel free of charge until production begins; once your sign is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
