FAQ's

How long until it arrives?

We send your design proof within 12 hours and make the planner within 48 hours of your approval. Shipping takes 2-4 business days in the US; a little longer for Europe and the rest of the world (customs can add a few days).

What is the difference between 3D and printed titles?

3D: your title is laser-cut from mirror acrylic (gold, silver or black) and mounted on the board, so it stands out from the surface and casts a soft shadow on the wall. Printed: the title is printed flat, in the same color as the rest of the design. Both are shown in the live preview above.

How does it mount on the wall?

With the included metal standoffs (4 pcs, or 6 pcs on the 35×24 and 40×28 sizes). They hold the acrylic about 2 cm off the wall for the floating look you see in the photos. Screws and anchors are included; a level and a drill are all you need.

Does the design wipe off?

No. The design is printed on the back of the acrylic, so it is protected by the acrylic itself. Only your dry-erase notes are on the front — they wipe clean with a dry cloth or the eraser tip of the marker.

Can I change the section names or the language?

Yes — rename any section in the designer (To Do, Chores, Meal Plan, Reminders…). We print in English, Spanish, French, German, Turkish and more; write your wording exactly as you want it and we will mirror it on the proof.

Which size should I pick?

24×18 in is the family favourite for a kitchen wall. 14×10 and 18×14 suit a desk or a small nook; 28×20 and up are command-center sizes for busy households and offices. The live preview scales the board as you switch sizes.
