Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
At AcrylArtistry, we are pleased to offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge the exact shipping rate provided to us by our carriers.
Please be aware that due to the recent surge in online orders and reduced workforce among logistics companies, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise once your shipment has left our facility. The responsibility for the shipment is then transferred to the carrier and the customer. Our shipments are handled by reliable third-party logistics partners, such as FedEx and UPS. Unfortunately, we do not have direct control over each delivery and cannot be held accountable for any mistakes or errors made by third parties.
To provide you with peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. Our Package Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages, allowing you to either receive a refund or have a new order placed on your behalf.
Please note that shipping and processing times may vary from the originally estimated dates due to increased order volume, holidays, carrier closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that we will work diligently to provide the most accurate shipping timeline so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Excludes E.U. & U.K.)
For international shipments (excluding E.U. & U.K.), we must pass the shipping costs onto the customer, as these costs can vary greatly. We will provide you with the exact shipping prices.
Additionally, duties and taxes can also vary significantly, and we are unable to cover these costs entirely. We ask our customers to cover 20% of these costs, including duties, taxes, and any other charges required for pickup. Best Gift Shop Design will cover the remaining 80%.
