Made to order
Every AcrylArtistry sign is personalized and made to order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 1–4 business days; during peak season this can take up to 6 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
United States
- Standard shipping — FREE on every order. Tracked. Usually delivered 5–9 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping — $7.99 (UPS). Tracked. Usually delivered 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Canada
- Standard shipping — $12 USD. Tracked. Usually delivered 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Orders shipped to Canada may be charged GST/HST and a carrier handling fee on delivery. These charges are set by Canadian customs and the carrier, are not included in our prices or shipping fee, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If something needs to change, email us as soon as possible — we can update it until your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Holidays, weather and carrier volume can occasionally add a few days. If your order seems late, contact us and we'll check the tracking for you.
